COACHING Terms and Conditions

CMTフィジークスへようこそ。当社のコーチングサービスをご利用いただくことで、以下の利用規約（「規約」）に同意されたものとみなします。よくお読みください。

パーソナライズされたフィットネスとボディビルディングのコーチングを提供しております。これにはトレーニングプログラム、食事アドバイス、オンラインコーチングセッションが含まれますが、これに限定されません。具体的なサービス内容は各クライアントのコーチング契約に明記されます。

プログラム開始前に健康上の懸念事項や医療状態を全て開示してください。

指示されたトレーニングおよび食事プログラムに従うこと。

問題や懸念事項が生じた場合は、オープンにコミュニケーションをとること。

 支払い方法には現金、銀行振込、PayPalが含まれます。

トレーニングセッションのキャンセルは48時間前までに行う必要があり、違反すると50％のキャンセル料が発生します。

 トレーニングおよび相談セッションは、対面またはオンラインを問わず、事前のスケジューリングが必要です。

 トレーニングセッションのキャンセルは48時間前までに行う必要があり、それ以降のキャンセルにはキャンセル料が適用されます。

 オンラインコンサルテーションは、24時間前までにキャンセルする場合、キャンセル料は発生しません。

コーチングサービスの結果は個人差があり、保証されるものではありません。

 当コーチングサービスは専門的な医療アドバイスの代わりにはなりません。

 当社およびコーチは、サービスの使用に起因または関連して生じたいかなる傷害や健康問題に対しても、法律で許容される範囲で責任を負いません。

サービスの一環として提供または教授されるすべての資料および方法はCMTフィジークスの知的財産であり、書面による明示的な許可なく共有または配布することはできません。

クライアントの情報および進捗は、法律で要求されるか、またはクライアントの同意がある場合を除き、機密として扱われます。

クライアントが機密情報を漏洩したり、有害な行動をとったり、コーチを欺こうとする場合、サービスは終了されます。

当社はいつでもこれらの規約を変更する権利を有します。

重要な状況を除き、変更は実施前にクライアントに通知されます。

Welcome to CMT Physiques. By signing up for our coaching services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

We offer personalized fitness and bodybuilding coaching, including training programs, dietary advice, and online coaching sessions. Specific services provided will be outlined in your individual coaching agreement.

Clients must disclose all health concerns and medical conditions before starting any program.

Clients are expected to follow the training and dietary programs as instructed.

Open communication is essential for any concerns or issues that arise during the program.

Acceptable payment methods include cash, bank transfer, or PayPal.

Full details on payment schedules, including due dates and late payment policies, will be provided in the individual coaching agreement.

Training  and consultation sessions, both in-person and online, require advance scheduling.

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a 50% cancellation fee.

Online consultations must be canceled 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. 

Results from coaching services may vary and are not guaranteed.

Coaching services are not a substitute for professional medical advice.

CMT Physiques and its coaches are not liable for any injuries or health issues resulting directly or indirectly from the use of our services.

This limitation of liability is to the extent permitted by law.

All materials, methods, and programs provided are proprietary to CMT Physiques and cannot be shared or distributed without express written permission.

Client information and progress will be kept confidential, except as legally required or consented to by the client.

CMT Physiques reserves the right to terminate services if a client violates the confidentiality of proprietary information or engages in harmful or deceptive behavior.

CMT Physiques reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.

Clients will be notified of any changes to the Terms, except in urgent situations.
